Refund and Cancellation Policy
Once the purchase is completed, the customer cannot cancel the order. Sorry, we cannot accept refunds
or exchanges if it has been more than 7 days since your purchase. To receive a refund, certain conditions
must be met. Some numbers were exempt and non-refundable.
We will refund you within 7 days if:
1) Failure to provide the VIP number booked on the website.
2) If the number is not sent within 7 days.
3) If the designated phone number is canceled within 3 months. Proof of purchase or receipt is required
to complete the return process. Do not return the number to the sender.
Circumstances Under Which Partial Refunds Are Allowed: (If applicable)
1) Customer requests number exchange. (only in certain circumstances)
2) Too many missing numbers.
3) Subject to availability.
4) Problems encountered in the system or after the booking process.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you by email once we have received and inspected your return. We will also let you know
if your refund request has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be returned to your original payment
method or credit card within 10-12 business days.
Missing or Delayed Refund (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend double-checking your bank account. It may
take some time before you are officially notified of your refund until you are able to contact your credit
card company and bank. Processing usually takes some time, but if you have not received your refund
